Healed of a Hernia

Impossible for a human doctor! Requires surgery!
 
Possible only with Dr. Jesus!
 
What a miralce I have received from my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ!
 
Healed of a hernia - a right inguinal hernia, to be precise.
 
In 2004, I was fighting a bad case of the flu. I had some serious racking coughs that caused a tear in my intestines, which doctors call a hernia. I didn't even know what I had. I had to look it up on the internet.
 
I found out that this tear would not heal itself and never does. It has to be surgically repaired, putting a "patch" over the break. I called a local hospital and they said the operation would cost around $10,000.00. Well, that was enlightening! Going on the internet and looking around, I found The Hernia Institute of Pennsylvania and if I went there, the cost would be "only" around $4,000.00, as they specialize in hernia repair. For three and a half years, my family and I prayed about this.
 
I really did not want to have this done. I just knew that my Jesus is the Master Physician and He is well able to repair a hernia and better than any human doctor.
 
Now, with a hernia I couldn't lift anything heavy, as anyone who has had one can tell you. For me, lifting a 12 pack of Cokes could prove to be difficult or even disastrous (the pain!). I had to have lots of help from my family during those years in picking up anything heavy at work or at home.
 
Well, I woke up one morning (June 25, 2007), and it dawned on me that something was different. I felt different. There was no more "bulge" in the place where the hernia was. So I started picking up heavy things and moving them around. I did things that I hadn't been able to do for the past three and a half years. I shouted around the house and called everybody in the family.
 
HEALED!! That's what I am, even to this day, nine years later. Jesus healed me of a hernia. Impossible with man. All things are possible with God!

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. (Hebrews 13:8 )
 
I hope this is an encouragement to those who need a miracle from our Lord.
