The Curses of Disobedience

The white European (especially the male), has seen many setbacks, lost opportunities, rude treatment, unemployment, lay offs, denial of credit, denial of enrollment/application to colleges, corporations, especially government positions.

The University of Vermont has just held a three day retreat so that students could confront their "white privilege".

I can only promise you, based on the Word of God and how wicked and evil this nation is becoming (even towards Israel), it is going to get wilder and more chaotic. There is a solution and I have included it in a note at the bottom.

Take time to read Deuteronomy 28 today. You will be SHOCKED at all the curses that you see listed and are manifesting upon our nation.
And remember what it says in the New Testament about what is written in the Old Testament:

1 Corinthians 10:
6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
8 Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. 9Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
10 Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

You can see, even in the New Testament, curses manifest because of disobedience. This nation has had much light from God. Much, therefore is expected from it according to the Word of God and much will be required, even to severe chastening.

The only solution to the lifting of these curses is repentance and a return to the God of the Bible. Our youth haven't experienced it but baby boomers know that this was much more of a Godly nation 40-50 years ago. Darkness has flooded this nation and the people have risen up in rebellion against God and His Holy Word. God said He would send them strong delusion if they "received not the love of the Truth, that they might be saved". (2 Thessalonians 2:10).

15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

Rebel against the Lord and His Holy Word and you will experience personal defeat.

16 Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.

Whether you're a manufacturer, builder, retailer or a farmer you will experience loss and suffering in all that you do.

17 Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store.

What you bring home to eat and what you save up in your pantry will dwindle, be diseased and waste away.

18 Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

Your children will suffer hardship and loss, your fields will be in ruin, your herds and flocks shall decrease.

19 Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and cursed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

Nothing you do will prosper whether you leave the house or stay home.

20 The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me.

God, Himself, will bring His Hand against you and you will be confused, rejected and withstood in all that you attempt to do until you are destroyed and die prematurely because of your evil doings and rebellion against God.

21 The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it.

You will acquire a fatal disease or afflction that you can't get rid of and it will be the death of you wherever you settle down.

22 The LORD shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

You will waste away with disease and fever and inflammation and great pain and with armed opposition, storms and mildew and they wil cause you to die early.

23 And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.

God will shut off the rains and your land will suffer severe drought.

24 The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Dust storms will be driven by the winds upon your land and will destroy your home and property.

25 The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.

You will go out to fight your enemy and they will defeat you: you will attack them one way but they will make you retreat seven ways and you will be scattered throughout the Earth.

26 And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.

The Lord will bring vultures and carnivores to eat your rotting flesh and no man will be able to drive them away.

27 The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.

You will develop tumors and ulcers, plagues and incurable diseases.

28 The LORD shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:

God, Himself, will cause you to go crazy, lose your vision and become fearful with panic attacks.

29 And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.

You will not know what to do, to go to the right or left, to stop or go forward and nothing you do will prosper: you will always suffer opposition and loss and there will be nothing anyone can do to help you.

30 Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.

The woman you marry will be unfaithful to you: you will build a house and it will be repossessed: you shall plant your fields but they will not bring a harvest.

31 Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.

Your food source will be taken away from you; your car will be repossessed by the bank and your credit ruined: your business accounts will be given to your competitors and no one will be able to help you get them back.

32 Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long: and there shall be no might in thine hand.

Your children will find their happiness with other people and other families and you will not be able to get them back.

33 The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:

A foreign nation shall take over your manufacturing, farming and eat up your products and fruits and vegetables. You will face stiff competition and come in last place.

34 So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.

You will feel like you're going crazy and will not believe much of what you see.

35 The LORD shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy head.

You will have so many sicknesses, aches and pains that there will be specialists just to take care of them but much to no avail.

36 The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.

You and your country's ruler will be captured by a heathen nation and they will put you to work.

37 And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations whither the LORD shall lead thee.

You will be in exile and will be talked about by other nations' peoples with amazement.

38 Thou shalt carry much seed out into the field, and shalt gather but little in; for the locust shall consume it.

You will plant a lot of seeds but you will have a bleak harvest because of a plague of locusts that devour your crops.

39 Thou shalt plant vineyards, and dress them, but shalt neither drink of the wine, nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat

them.

You will plant your crops in your fields and cultivate them but your crops will not come in; the pestilence will consume them.

40 Thou shalt have olive trees throughout all thy coasts, but thou shalt not anoint thyself with the oil; for thine olive shall cast his fruit.

You may be very prosperous in many places but all of your business ventures will fail.

41 Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shalt not enjoy them; for they shall go into captivity.

You will have children but they will be led away by other people who will lead them astray.

42 All thy trees and fruit of thy land shall the locust consume.

Your crops will be consumed by a locust plague.

43 The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low.

The stranger in your country will be exalted while you will be abased.

44 He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.

He shall be your banker and you shall owe him money.

45 Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:

Because of your rebellion, all of the curses written here will overtake you until you are wiped out; because you refused to listen to and obey the Lord and His Holy Word.

46 And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever.

These curses shall not only follow you but also your children, your grandchildren and those who follow.

47 Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;

Because you would not serve the Lord as he prospered you and made you happy and gave you everything you wanted;

48 Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.

God pronounces judgment upon you. You will be a slave to your enemies, you will eat and drink sparingly, you will become very poor and things will become harder and harder for you until God's judgment brings you death.

49 The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;

God will raise up an enemy nation from the other side of the world, a nation with a powerful air force and a language you don't understand; (a nation like Russia).

50 A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:

A nation with a savage military force that will not show mercy to the senior citizen or the little child.

51 And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.

He will take over all of your possessions; your crops, your cattle and leave you nothing at all so you will die.

52 And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.

He will fight against you and not let up until all of the things that you trusted in to keep you safe are stripped from you everywhere.

53 And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:

You will be so beaten down and so starved that you will eat your own flesh and blood which God gave you and the war against you will not cease even as it wears you down completely.

54 So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave:

satan will again put brother against brother and even against his own wife and children as long as he lives.

56 The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter,

The same for the daughter - she will seem sweet and innocent but will behave herself wickedly against her husband and children.

57 And toward her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates.

When the enemy is besieging your gates the wife, instead of protecting her children will sacrifice them to her hunger.

58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;

If you fail to keep your vows to the Lord thy God and do all those things that are written in the Word of God;

59 Then the LORD will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.

The Lord will bring great plagues upon you, your children and they will continue with great sicknesses for a long time.

60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee.

The Lord will bring upon your house all the diseases of Egypt which you feared and you will not be healed.

61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the LORD bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

All the sicknesses and plagues which are written in the Word of God will God bring upon you until your death.

62 And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the LORD thy God.

This verse is very clear.

63 And it shall come to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it.

The day will come that instead of the blessings that God delighted to give you and your decedents, the Lord will lift His Hand against you to bring you to down to destruction and your home and land will be foreclosed on.

64 And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.

You will be driven from your property and even your country to a foreign land and there you will be a captive to the people and gods of that nation.

65 And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:

You will find no peace here and no rest but you will always be afraid and sorrowful for your situation.

66 And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life:

You will never know from one day to the next whether you will live or die and you will suffer panic attacks constantly.

67 In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.

Day or night you will never be assured of your safety and you will only wonder if you will live through the day.

68 And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.

You will be captured by your enemies, taken back to their homeland and put up for sale as a slave but no one will buy you.

*Note: I have attempted to put these old English terms into our modern day vernacular. Some do not pertain to us, at least YET! Some have been fulfilled and are being fulfilled now. The ONLY answer is to individually make sure you have repented of your sins and have given your life to Jesus Christ and His Precious Blood has covered you and broken the curse of sin in your life, making you a new creation in Christ and an adopted child with all the BLESSINGS God has provided for you.
